Book Review #4

Inca Gold, by Clive Cussler, tells the story of Dirk Pitt and his quest to fimd an old Spanish treasure ship. Along his quest he is met with many obstructions, such as a group of brutal museum looters. This is a great novel stuffed to its breaking point full of action. This book is one anyone should pick up and read. 4 stars.

Book Review #3

Red Dragon by Thomas Harris, tells the story of a man who is 'Becoming' this man, Francis Dolarhyde, is transforming into the 'Red Dragon', a half dragon, half man bred for murder and cannibilism. Thoughout the story Hannibal Lecter(see book review #2) is asked to get into the mind of the killer. Will Graham, the protagonist of the story, is desperately searching for the Red Dragon before he can kill more people. All in all this is a great thriller book, some of Thomas Harris' best work. 4 1/2 stars.
I strongly suggest you read this book.

Book Review # 2
Hannibal Rising

Hannibal Rising, by Thomas Harris, visits the young child hood of a future serial killer. It delves deep into a young Hannibals mind. Some will say that it's boring, but surely it is not. In this book the author describes beautiful scenery and wonderful action. Personally it feels like an instant classic, although there was no real plot other than revenge Thomas Harris makes it wonderful. Although some scenes in the book are absurd, which I will not get into, it leads the reader into the tortured soul of Hannibal Lecter. In all I would give this book a 4/5. Not amazing, but certainly a good read.

Book Review # 1
The Silence of the Lambs

The Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris is a wonderful thriller with non stop action. It is thought by many that the book is too graphic to be read by anyone, this statement is completely false. Thomas Harris' character back stories and wonderful setting make this a beautiful book to read. The main character in this story, a homicidal genius by the name of Hannibal Lecter, is an extremely interesting person. In this novel the author reveals the complexities of human psychology to the best of his abilities. He unravels the human mind of a genius who has been locked up for many years. In all this is an amazing story the likes of which I have never read before. It should easily be awarded 4.5 out of 5 stars. Bravo Thomas Harris.
